When will you ship my order?

If your order is received before 3:00 pm PST, we will ship it that same business day. If your order is placed later then 3:00pm PST, your order will be shipped that following business day. Keep in mind that weekends and Turkey holidays are not considered business days.
You may experience an order processing delay of one or two business days during peak shipping periods, such as holidays or events. If a problem occurs that causes issues and delays for shipping your order, we will contact you by phone or email.

Can you ship outside of the TURKEY ?

We ship to European countries , U.S.A , Rusia and Australia.

Exchange and Return Policy

We will be glad to refund or exchange any new and unused merchandise. If you would like to return an unused item, we will honor an exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. The value of the exchange or refund will not include any shipping charges. An exchange or refund will amount to the total cost of the product plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Products that have been ordered with custom Embroidery or Personalization will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
To return an item, Contact Us including the first and last name of the purchaser, invoice number (order i.d. #), day time phone number, e-mail address, and reason for return. Upon receiving your return request email, will send you a reply with the return shipping address .İtems with care, enclose a copy of the original invoice, and return the package within 5 days via ARAS KARGO UPS, RPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number.
We suggest you keep a tracking number from your return shipment for your records. reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy and will be stated here in this advisory.
Please note any orders over $500 are Noncancelable, Nonreturnable, and Nonrefundable once order has been paid.
